Below is a series of reports produced by the US government concerning the treatment of LGBTQ+ people in the workplace. The earliest is from 1950 and the latest from 2009, so they demonstrate how attitudes towards queer people in the workplace have changed.

Twenty years on: lesbian, gay and bisexual police officers’ experiences of workplace discrimination in England and Wales
This journal article looks at the history of workplace discrimination against lesbian, gay, and bisexual police officers in the UK. It draws on recent data to draw out changes in the treatment and prevalence of LGB police officers over time.
Uncovering LGBTQ+ Rural Histories in Archives
This blog post, published by the Museum of English Rural Life, explores what archival material can tell us about the history of LGBTQ+ people in rural England, especially farmers and others working in an agricultural setting.
‘[T]heir Tales are sweet’: a queer social history of fishwives in early modern London.
This thesis looks at fishwives in early modern London. Fishwives were women who sold fish, typically the fish caught by their fishermen husbands. It "applies the insights of queer history to the case of fishwives, and argues that fishwives were seen as sexually non-normative."
