Submitting your thesis to ORA: Unable to get copyright permissions

Unable to get copyright permissions

If you are unable to get permission from the third party copyright holders to make their work available via ORA, and that work does not fall under the fair dealing legal exception, then you will need to provide ORA with an edited version of your thesis that excludes this copyrighted material. See further information on producing this version at:  http://ox.libguides.com/digitaltheses/dissemination_version.

(You will additionally need to provide a full version of your thesis to ORA in order to comply with graduation requirements).

In order to make this edited version of your thesis available via ORA after the embargo period ends, you will need to receive dispensation from consultation for these images. See further information on applying for dispensation at:

http://ox.libguides.com/digitaltheses/dispensation

Dispensation will always be granted where copyright is held by a third party and permission to disseminate it via the internet has not been granted by the copyright holder.
