Purpose of this guide

This guide is intended for students and researchers studying European Union law at the University of Oxford, although students and researchers from any field may find it useful.

Print resources

Certain EU textbooks feature heavily on Reading Lists. These are shelved in the Reserve Collection on Level 2

The majority of the Bodleian Law Library's current collection of printed materials on European Union  law  have shelf marks starting Euro Comm and can be found on Level 3.

On Level 3 you will falso ind the EU law report series and EU law journals (2000 onwards). (Earlier issues of journals (1999 and older) are on the Ground Floor, as are superseded editions of monographs.)

The LawBod also houses an historic European Documentation Centre, or EDC, on the Ground Floor.
EDC s are neutral collections of the official publications of the European Union, open to members of the public.  Shelfmarks in the collection start EDC.
