The Endangered Languages Documentation Programme (ELDP) offers training in Language Documentation and Archiving. ELDT aims to support the documentation and preservation of endangered languages globally.

The Brazilian Linguistics Association Abralin has launched an e-learning platform containing free online courses, in co-operation with the Linguistics Association of Great Britain (LAGB). The courses are led by internationally well regarded linguists and are aimed at linguistics students of various levels.

Coursera offers a wide range of free online courses. Search for "linguistics' and filter by level to benefit from courses led by specialists
