This guide is primarily intended for students and researchers at St Antony's who seek detailed information about the College Library. It may also be useful to people who are not members of St Antony's. Use this guide to find out about the Library's collections, services and staff support.
If you would like to see additional information on this site, please let us know!
St Antony’s College has three libraries which collectively contain over 100,000 volumes reflecting major disciplinary interests of College members and two archives.
The Bodleian Latin American Centre Library and the Bodleian Japanese Library also sit within College grounds.
Note, the MEC, BJL and LAC libraries welcome everyone as long as they have with them a valid Oxford University card or a Bodleian Reader’s card. The RESC Library is open to REES students/staff and RESC affiliates only.
Open 24/7 to current members only. Some areas may be closed outside of term time.
Former members are very welcome to visit during office hours.
Office hours: Monday to Friday, 09:30-12:30 and 14:00-17:00.
If you are not a current member of St Antony's and wish to consult items which are not available in the Bodleian Libraries, please contact the Library Staff for assistance.
