This guide is intended for students and researchers at Campion Hall, as well as others at the University of Oxford seeking information about Campion Hall Library.
Use this guide to find out about the collections, services and staff support at Campion Hall Library.

The Library has been integral to the life and scholarly activity of Campion Hall since its foundation in 1896. The Main Library offers a pleasant working environment with views over the Hall’s garden. The Library collection serves the students and fellows of the Hall and is especially strong in Modern Catholic Theology, Catholic Social Thought, Integral Ecology, and Jesuit studies.
Campion Hall Library is open to Hall members to browse, study, borrow and return books 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are a few events each year which take place in the Library. Any such events will be communicated with as much notice as possible and an alternative working place will be provided where possible.
The Library is usually staffed from 9am-5pm on Monday, Thursday and Friday, and from 10am-2pm on Tuesday. At other times, you can contact the Librarian by email library@campion.ox.ac.uk
The Library is not open to members of other colleges or other Bodleian Libraries readers. If you would like to access a resource that is only available at the Campion Hall Library please contact the Librarian.
The Library staff are keen to offer any support possible to enable Hall members and visitors to make full use of the Library and its resources.
Please see the Accessibility section of the LibGuide to find out more, including the services and facilities available.
You can contact the Librarian in person, by phone 01865 286012 or by email library@campion.ox.ac.uk to discuss any individual requirements or ideas for improvement.
