At the start of your course, your University card is given £25 free credit by the library. After your free credit is used, your balance will go into a minus figure. This will then be added onto your battels at the end of the year. You do not need to purchase any credit.
The default print settings are monochrome and duplex (double-sided) as these are the least expensive. If you would like to print on one side only, or in colour, follow these steps:
Print single-sided
File > Print > Printer Properties > change Duplex from "open to left" to "off" for single-sided printing
Print in colour
File > Printer > Printer Properties > Color / Black and White - to adjust monochrome/colour printing
Log in with your username and password at one of the library PCs. Access the file you want to print. Send the file to print to either 'College Photocopiers (Colour) on sthughs-17' or 'College Photocopiers (Black & White) on sthughs-17', depending on whether you want to print in colour or monochrome.
Alternatively, Web Print allows you to print to the library photocopier from your personal device. To use the service, go to https://print.st-hughs.ox.ac.uk from your personal device.
