LSEG Workspace for Students is a comprehensive financial database with significant global coverage. It replaces Refinitiv Eikon. Workspace is available as a website, a desktop application, and an Excel add-in, with some data only available using a particular access method.
Add-ons:
Datastream is an available add-on containing extensive historical financial and economic data. It provides a range of charting and reporting tools for manipulating and displaying the data. An MS Excel add-in is available to extract data directly within Excel. Coverage includes equities, indices, fixed income securities, commodities, company fundamentals, economics, and interest & exchange rates.
AMR (AfterMarket Reports) is an available add-on containing a wide selection of investment analyst reports. Note: There are strict daily download limits on analyst reports. Students have a daily limit for downloading investment analyst reports. This is not designed for large downloads to conduct text-mining.

Access to Workspace is for 1-week time periods. To access Workspace, there is a self-registration process.
Note: this process is only required on your first registration. Your MyAccount information will be saved to facilitate accessing Workspace quicker on subsequent requests.
