Out Leadership
Out Leadership grew out of two industry-specific business initiatives — Out on the Street® and Out in Law — and three cross-industry talent accelerators for LGBT+ leaders: OutNEXT, OutWOMEN, and Quorum. We began in 2011 with 6 founding firms and now count more than 70 of the world’s leading companies across 13 industries as members. In every global business sector, Out Leadership has been instrumental in making LGBT+ equality a priority in global C-Suites. Through executive events, talent initiatives and periodic communications, we lead the conversations that inspire Out Leaders and multinational companies to grow business through inclusion.
Stonewall
Named after the famous 1969 riots in New York City's Greenwich Village this UK based charity formed in 1989 by political activists and is now the largest LGBT rights organisation not only in the UK but whole Europe.
Workplace Pride
Workplace Pride is a not for profit foundation dedicated to improving the lives of Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals, Transgenders and Intersex (LGBTI) people in workplaces all over the world. We strive for a world of inclusive workplaces where LGBTI people can truly be themselves, are valued and, through their contribution, help to lead the way for others.
For more than 10 years, Workplace Pride has been working to highlight the positive and constructive side of LGBTI inclusion in the workplace. We do this together with the Foundation's members which include both private and public sector organizations, multinationals and smaller national organizations as well as academia. Our members represent a wide variety of sectors, countries and business models, but they all share the desire to proactively create workplaces where LGBTI people can be themselves.

Inclusive Leadership: The Definitive Guide to Developing and Executing an Impactful Diversity and Inclusion Strategy
by
Inclusive Leadership has been officially shortlisted in the 'Management Futures' category for the 2018 Management Book of the Year prize which has just been announced by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and the British Library.
The most successful organisations are those with the most diverse and engaged workforces. Studies show an 80% improvement in business performance among those with high diversity levels. When people feel included and able to reach their full potential, they are more engaged, more productive and often more creative.
Inclusive Leadership will help you drive culture change using organisational development principles. It takes you through the key components of leading change throughout the employee lifecycle, your supply chain, and through product development. Crucially, it will help you make a genuine impact on your business, through your people, both now and in the future.
