Room bookings

Calendars are attached to the doors of both bookable rooms. If you’d like to book a room, please write down your name and the time you’d like to reserve on the appropriate date on the calendar.

Rooms may be reserved no more than a few weeks in advance (when calendars on doors are refreshed).

Etiquette:

  • Don’t reserve rooms for more than 3 hours (spaces should not be used exclusively by one person/group for long periods)
  • Cancel/rearrange any bookings if/when plans change
  • Don’t reserve rooms if you don’t really need them (consider if the Main reading room, Gulbenkian Room, or Computer Room would be suitable instead)
  • Clear away any spills and place rubbish in the bins provided
  • Take personal possessions with you when you leave (any personal items left in these spaces will be treated as lost property (i.e. taken to the Lodge and discarded at the end of term))
