Please note that on the 6th of September the Bodleian Libraries upgraded the PCAS service with a fleet of new machines and a new online account system which links your PCAS account to your Bodleian Libraries username and password. If you created a PCAS account before 6th of September, you will need to transfer any existing credit you have to the new system. Details on how to transfer credit are given below.
If you set up a PCAS account before September 6th 2016 you must transfer any existing credit from your old PCAS account onto a new PCAS account. This simple transfer can be completed online by visiting the PCAS Balance Portal.
PCAS is the system for printing, photocopying, and scanning in the Bodleian Libraries. The Radcliffe Science Library has 4 self-service copiers where you can photocopy or scan, and collect print jobs you've sent from a computer. Services include:

PCAS accounts are set up automatically for new members of the University and those receiving a Bodleian Reader's Card for the first time. You access your PCAS account using your Bodleian Libraries username and password. You can find out more about accessing your account here.
To use a PCAS machine, tap your University Card on the card sensor on the machine. If this is the first time you have used your account, you will then be asked to type in your Bodleian Libraries username and password. You will now be able to complete any printing or photocopying. Credit is automatically deducted from your account.
